The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and local specialties. Located in a central area near the old town, there are fantastic shops, art galleries, restaurants, and bars close by. - the main square is within walking distance of the hotel.

Everything was perfect during 7 days, liked its magnificent location next to the old quarter of town, the centre of old Palma, and the spectacular cathedral. The breakfast was plentiful and generous with local products, and the staff were customer-facing.

Excellent location, central but on a quiet pedestrian street. Relaxed courtyard breakfast sets it apart from other hotels. Beware you need to be prepared to carry your bags up the alleyway and then possibly up to 3 flights of stairs.

The location was excellent.
I think not having anyone to carry heavy cases up three flights of steep stairs is a bit much for elderly guests

The location was unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral. The room was nicely furnished and had a great view.

Totally very good stay for a first visit to Palma. Incredible location for our visit to a historic palace not too far from the hotel. And right by the centre of the old town of Palma, great shopping, harbor, Cathedral, and shops restaurants.

We loved the location. The staff were great, always helpful.
Our room overlooked the courtyard, so we found it a little noisy first thing in the morning when they were setting up for breakfast.

Conveniently located near a cool art gallery, not too far to walk. the staff here are super friendly and actually want to help you out, plus they always have a smile on their face 😊.

Location was excellent for the port area and local restaurants and very close to bus and train terminals. Lovely old building tastefully decorated and furnished, with a stunning central courtyard for breakfast, Very quiet considering it is right in the middle of the city.
